This advanced certificate prepares students for specific careers in construction. The program will prepare students to take the State of Michigan Builder's License exam, create contracts for construction projects, and gain necessary techniques for specific contractors. Students preparing for the State of Michigan builder's license exam will also need CMG 130 Construction Site Safety and OSHA Regulations.
Program Admission Requirements
Completion of the Construction Technology I Certificate or two years experience in the construction industry is required for entry into this program.
